Caroline Beeman, MS, CRA, is a Director with Maximus Higher Education Practice.
She has over 20 years of experience in developing, analyzing, and negotiating F&A Cost Proposals; overseeing and reviewing F&A Space Surveys; developing Service Center policies; preparing DS-2s; and submitting Fringe Benefit Rate proposals. Jim Childers, CPA, MBA, CRA, a Senior Consultant with Maximus Higher Education Practice, has more than 25 years of experience in university costing and sponsored agreements. He has extensive expertise in Effort Reporting, Post Award Administration, F&A Cost Proposals and Negotiations with ONR. His expertise includes Space Functionalization surveys, Service Centers, DS-2 preparation and Fringe Benefit rate preparation.
