Caroline Beeman, MS, CRA, is a Director with Maximus Higher Education Practice.
She has over 20 years of experience in developing, analyzing, and negotiating F&A Cost Proposals; overseeing and reviewing F&A Space Surveys; developing Service Center policies; preparing DS-2s; and submitting Fringe Benefit Rate proposals. She previously worked at the University of Virginia where she was the Director of Cost Analysis for 13 years. Her M.S. in Management Information Systems is from UVA. Jim Childers, CPA, MBA, CRA, a Senior Consultant with Maximus Higher Education Practice, has more than 25 years of experience in university costing and sponsored agreements. He has extensive expertise in Effort Reporting, Post Award Administration, F&A Cost Proposals and Negotiations with ONR. His expertise includes Space Functionalization surveys, Service Centers, DS-2 preparation and Fringe Benefit rate preparation.
