Child Support Services
Our mission is to improve the lives of children and families. For over three decades, our Child Support program, in collaboration with the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services and state Departments of Child Support Services, has been dedicated to this cause. Since 1992, we have collected $8.3 billion in child support, processed over 2.3 million medical support notices since 2006, and maintained over 21.8 million records since 2005. We support agencies in creating a better future for children and families, ensuring financial stability, and promoting the well-being of the next generation.
Workforce Services
Our division empowers individuals through education, training, and employment support, focusing on those underemployed or receiving TANF and SNAP assistance. We provide comprehensive career services, guiding participants to identify and achieve sustainable career paths. From initial assessments to community partnerships and personalized plans, we foster skill development through training, education, job readiness, and search assistance. Our commitment includes monitoring progress and achieving outcomes like increased wages and higher retention rates.
