Alliant 3 Government-wide Acquisition Contract (GWAC)

The Alliant 3 Governmentwide Acquisition Contract (GWAC) is a Multiple Award, Indefinite- Delivery, Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ) contract to provide information technology (IT) services based solutions through performance of a broad range of IT services, which may include the integration of various technologies critical to the services being acquired. By nature of the alignment to FEA and DoD IEA, Alliant 3 includes any and all emerging IT Services and Ancillary Services, as required, to successfully achieve the agency’s mission.

Contract features

  • The Master Contract provides maximum flexibility in acquiring an IT services-based solution for any conceivable IT services-based requirement, driving government savings through efficiencies and improved reporting data with greater integrity, while maintaining an “Anything IT Anywhere” philosophy.
  • No Contract Ceiling
  • Period of performance – March 10, 2026, through March 9, 2036, inclusive of all options, if exercised. The contract ordering period begins on the Master Contract’s effective date of 03/10/2026, also referred to as the Notice-to-Proceed (NTP).
  • Supports all contract types, including (FFP, T&M, CP-all types) and hybrid
  • Contract Access Fee — .75%
  • Aggressive small business goals 50% of subcontracted dollars
  • Streamlined ordering procedures, based on FAR 16.505, which save time and money by reducing procurement lead time
