One Acquisition for Integrated Services Plus
OASIS+ is a suite of governmentwide, multi-award contracts, or MACs, (six separate contracts): Unrestricted, Total Small Business set aside, SBA-Certified 8(a) Small Business, SBA-Certified HUBZone Small Business, SBA-Certified Services Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business, and SBA-Certified Women-Owned Small Business, designed to support all federal agencies’ procure services-based solutions.
The scope of OASIS+ is organized by domains or functional groupings of related services. Each domain then contains multiple North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) codes. Maximus Federal Services received an award in the Management and Advisory domain, with access to all associated NAICS codes.

- Ceiling – there is no master contract ceiling
- Period of Performance – December 17, 2024 – December 16, 2029, with one five-year option from December 17, 2029 – December 16, 2034
- Supports all contract types
- Contract Access Fee (CAF) - Non-negotiable, flat CAF rate of 0.15%
- Domain Enhancement - Contract holders will have the ability to submit a modification proposal to add Domains to their existing contract. The specific contract family solicitation MUST be open in order to submit a domain enhancement modification request.
