Daniel Bauer, Esq. is a child support advocate using data to help state and local governments serve the needs of children and families in new and effective ways. Within our Program Modernization Consulting practice, he is responsible for the annual child support data compilation that supports state governments’ needs to assess their performance and estimate future-year budgets.

As a former state employee, Daniel understands the complexities and flexibility of managing government funds. His background includes extensive work implementing child support systemic, program, and policy reforms with state and local governments.

Daniel holds a bachelor’s degree from Cornell College, a master’s degree from Central Michigan University, and a law degree from Cooley Law School.
