A dedicated, results-oriented project leader and licensed clinical social worker (LCSW), Lori Crawford brings 35 years of clinical experience in leadership, training, and quality, including 10 years of direct PASRR expertise, to her role as senior manager of clinical services.
With a leadership style characterized by her deep knowledge of the state landscape, she creates solutions to meet states’ evolving needs and maintain high-performance standards. She works with program teams and stakeholders to develop person-centered programs that serve individuals with a variety of diagnoses, including serious mental illness, intellectual disability, developmental disabilities, and chronic health conditions. Across our clinical services portfolio, our state clients benefit from her cross-state expertise in PASRR program management and collaboration with stakeholders to support high-quality program outcomes.
Lori joined Maximus in 2018 as a supervisor with the California PASRR program, then moved into the role of senior specialist for quality and training. Today, she provides ongoing PASRR process education to nursing facilities and hospital providers, serves as a PASRR subject matter expert, and facilitates the Maximus PASRR Community of Practice. She is a long-standing member of the National Association of PASRR Professionals.
Lori holds a bachelor’s degree in child development with a specialization in child mental health from California State University, Northridge, and earned her master’s degree in social work from San Diego State University.
