Rachel Zietlow is a managing director in the central region of the U.S., supporting operations and strategic business solutions for our state and local government portfolio.
With more than 20 years of experience in health and human services, Rachel has partnered with government agencies to develop, implement, and optimize programs across Medicaid, SNAP, TANF, employment and training, and contact center operations.
She works closely with government clients to advance solutions that improve program performance, strengthen operations, and enhance service delivery. In addition to her work with state and local government agencies, Rachel has contributed to the implementation of international clinical programs in collaboration with our global teams.
Rachel is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP). She holds a bachelor's degree in political science from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and has completed the Northwestern Kellogg School of Management Executive Leadership Program.
