Rachel Zietlow, head of the western region of our human services business, brings more than 20 years of experience partnering with organizations to deliver high-quality services. A results-focused leader, she’s successfully overseen the development and implementation of numerous health and human services projects for state and local governments, including employment and training programs, child support services, workforce development projects, and contact center deployments.
Since joining Maximus in 2006, Rachel has provided executive leadership to her teams, standardizing operating procedures, developing quality standards, and driving efficiencies to improve performance and outcomes.
Rachel is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP). She holds a bachelor’s degree in political science from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and has completed the Northwestern Kellogg School of Management Executive Leadership Program.
