We will be discussing the importance, as well as the benefits of implementing/perpetuating a Building Componentization Study. We will be discussing how best to identify the buildings to be included in such a study, as well as discussing how best to determine if a Componentization Study might benefit your Institution, via a Diagnostic Study. We will also review the benefit of including an inventory of Fixed Equipment assets (lab benches, fume hoods, etc.) on a room-by-room basis. Lastly, we will review the importance of a room-by-room Physical Space Inventory/Verification review process.
