Joanna Morgan is an experienced operations and quality leader with a diverse background in healthcare and human services, state government programs, and organizational change management. As a managing director in our clinical services practice, Joanna oversees and manages processes to support state agency goals and to promote state and federal compliance. She works with the Indiana Family and Social Services Administration on the Preadmission Screening and Resident Review (PASRR) project.
Joanna began her career as a clinical team lead at a residential mental health facility. She brings over 20 years of experience working with children, youth, and adults with behavioral health and long-term care needs, including direct care, case management program operations, and clinical quality assurance.
Joanna holds a Master of Arts in sociology from Eastern Michigan University and an MBA from Northcentral University. She received a Bachelor of Arts in psychology and English from Calvin College.
