Mike Keefe is Chief Growth Officer, Federal Services at Maximus, responsible for leading growth strategy across Civilian, Health, and Defense markets. He joined Maximus in September 2025, bringing more than two decades of proven success in federal business development and growth leadership.
In his role, Mike leads business development and capture strategy for the Federal Services Segment, driving alignment between customer mission requirements and Maximus’ service capabilities. He brings a data-driven approach to decision-making, applying advanced analytics and business intelligence to inform proposals, strategic pricing, and business case analysis.
Before joining Maximus, Mike held senior growth leadership roles at Accenture Federal, Cognosante, and Booz Allen Hamilton. His career spans research, information technology, and strategy consulting, with deep expertise in military readiness, resource management, and large-scale program delivery across federal civilian and defense environments.
Mike holds a Master's degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Radford University, and a B.S. in Psychology from Virginia Tech.
