Jessica Batt

Director, Maximus Foundation

Jessica Batt is a Vice President on the Investor Relations team, focusing on environment, social, and governance (ESG) priorities. In her role, she works closely with the Maximus Board of Directors and key investors to understand priorities and communicate ongoing sustainability initiatives. She is responsible for ensuring the company complies with sustainability requirements set by regulators and clients and collaborating cross-functionally to publish the company’s bi-annual ESG report. Jessica is also a Board member for the Maximus Foundation.

Throughout her tenure at Maximus, Jessica has held various leadership positions across the company. Before joining Investor Relations, she was the Vice President of Accounting Operations, where she led a team of more than 50 people and was responsible for increasing efficiencies and internal control within critical back-office functions. From 2018 – 2019, Jessica held the position of Chief of Staff to the President and CEO. In this role, she was integral to the company’s strategic planning and growth, along with a wide range of other initiatives. For one such initiative, she managed the integration of the November 2018 acquisition of certain contracts from GDIT, which included the onboarding of roughly 13,000 employees.

Jessica joined Maximus in 2017 as the company’s Senior Manager of Sarbanes-Oxley Compliance. Before this, she held various positions at RSM UK and RSM US, where she began her career in risk advisory consulting in 2008.

Jessica earned a bachelor’s degree from Salisbury University and a master’s degree from Stevenson University.
