Kelly Blaschke Treharne is a 36-year veteran of human services program operations, including over 34 years of experience in designing and implementing innovative programs. She is devoted to serving and developing health and human services programs for children, families, and vulnerable populations.
As the leader of the Maximus Family and Economic Impact division, Kelly has oversight for 45 contracts supported by more than 1,000 professionals across the nation. Her dedicated teams ensure safety-net services are accessible to those in need, operating TANF, SNAP, child support, child care, and medical support programs.
Kelly holds bachelor’s and master’s degrees in social work from the University of Wisconsin, Milwaukee.
