UI system modernization support

Our oversight and advisory services are helping Ohio achieve a streamlined experience for employees and unemployment insurance (UI) claimants.

Ohio launched a two-year initiative to strengthen its UI program by upgrading the current legacy system to support end users, including state employees and UI claimants. The state’s modernization effort will deliver an enhanced customer experience and streamlined access for state employees, reduce the need for manual data input, and provide greater operational transparency.

We're supporting this initiative by providing Independent Verification and Validation (IV&V) services for the UI system modernization.
