Accessing The Stores
Both sites use the same login credentials (email or username and password). You do not need to create separate logins. Note:
- If you have not created an account, your primary order type should drive what email to use:
- Business orders: Maximus email address
- Personal orders: Personal email address
- If you have already created an account, you do not need to change your login information.
- For technical issues logging in, first try clearing your cache; if that doesn’t work, try changing your password.
- We recommend bookmarking The Store for future visits.
- Credentials for The Store do not sync with other Maximus systems.
- If you forget your login credentials, follow the prompts to reset your account.
The Store is available to all employees, though the website may be restricted at work, depending on program security requirements.
