The Store is your go-to resource for a variety of Maximus-branded items—available for both business and personal use—including apparel, drinkware, office essentials, and tech accessories.
The Store Frequently Asked Questions
Personal orders: Go to The Store site and create an account. Click Register below the email field. Follow the prompt accordingly. You can use your personal or work email. You will then receive a confirmation email to confirm your successful registration.
Business orders: You will follow the Coupa punch-out process. Go to Coupa and click on LeaderPromos located at the bottom right corner below Additional Stores.
The Store offers apparel, drinkware, bags, office essentials, tech accessories, and more.

The Store is operated by the Corporate Communications department in partnership with our vendor, LeaderPromos.

Ordering Items
No. There is a mix of in-stock and made-to-order items.
In-stock items will ship in one to two business days after the order is received. Made-to-order (on-demand) apparel items that require decoration will ship approximately five to seven business days after the order is received. Made-to-order apparel items and in-stock items will ship together once the apparel is decorated.
If you are interested in ordering an item that is not located on our website, please submit a custom request.
Due to the nature of our custom-printed and/or embroidered apparel and goods, we cannot accept returns or exchanges of any items unless the merchandise is misprinted, materially flawed, or defective.
Please contact the LeaderPromos customer service team within seven calendar days of delivery of any defective or misprinted merchandise; otherwise, a replacement or refund will not be eligible under the return policy.
Sizing Issues: We cannot be responsible for the purchase of incorrect sizes and will not be able to accept replacements or refunds once the garments are custom printed. Please utilize our size charts available on our site or contact our customer service team with any questions.
Personal orders require a personal credit card for payment. Business orders require a purchase request through Coupa.
Please note: Business orders previously required a charge code at checkout. The new process requires a purchase request.
Go to Coupa and click on LeaderPromos, located at the bottom right corner below Additional Stores. Once you are on The Store homepage, click How to Submit a Purchase Request at the top.
Please note: Orders cannot go into production until the purchase request has been approved in Coupa. Procurement is the final approver.
Rush request? All purchase requests are subject to an approval matrix. It is your responsibility to ensure the request is reviewed and approved in a timely manner, including following up with your manager if necessary.
Yes. You can ship to multiple locations for both personal and business orders. Instructions can be found at the top of The Store page.
Personal orders: Log in to your Store account. Once you are on The Store homepage, click How to Ship to Multiple Addresses at the top.
Business orders: Go to Coupa and click on LeaderPromos, located at the bottom right corner below Additional Stores. Once you are on The Store homepage, click How to Submit a Purchase Request at the top.
To check your order status, log in to The Store and select Where’s My Order at the top of the homepage. Your order status will appear under the Open Orders section. You can also view it from your My Account page by clicking the profile icon in the upper-right corner and selecting My Account or Orders from the drop-down menu.
Status emails are sent after each stage of the order (Received, Confirmed, In Production, and Shipped).
Once the carrier has picked up the shipment, you will receive an email with the shipping information at the address provided at checkout.

Ordering Business Cards
Please submit your business card order via email to store@maximus.com.
Business cards are available for employees whose roles require them, and they must be purchased using a project charge code.
