We operate essential programs for the State of New York that are critical to helping individuals and families access vital healthcare and social safety-net programs, especially during COVID-19. We have been working tirelessly to ensure the safety and wellbeing of our employees so that they can keep themselves and their families safe, while continuing to serve on the frontlines to assist fellow New Yorkers. 

Leveraging technology to reduce the spread of COVID-19

We launched a Clear2Work mobile application as a preventative intervention to screen our employees for illness prior to coming into their office location. The platform supports digital certifications for facility access to help identify potential cases of COVID-19, which when combined with social distancing and rigorous cleaning protocols, can help reduce the spread of the illness in the workplace.
