Project Manager, Clinical Services
Emily Isaacs is responsible for managing statewide Qualified Residential Treatment Program (QRTP) assessment programs and conducting other large-scale assessment projects.
She has over 14 years of experience providing quality-focused mental healthcare services to low-resource populations. This includes effective program management, quality coordination, clinical management, child and family therapy, conducting comprehensive assessments, and providing individualized recommendations. Ms. Isaacs is well-versed in amelioration of the unique challenges facing youth welfare and is committed to managing assessments aimed at identifying individual strengths to foster best-case outcomes.
Emily has been with Maximus for just over 6 years and holds a Masters of Science/Education Specialist, Counseling and Educational Development from The University of North Carolina at Greensboro and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from North Carolina State University Raleigh, NC.
