Jen Sieminski

Clinical Implementation Manager, Clinical Services 

Jen Sieminski facilitates stakeholder design discussions to ensure clinical alignment of needs, expectations, processes, and data systems. These activities help governments best serve their constituents. Jen has held various roles and implemented a variety of statewide contracts on behalf of state governments for the administration of conflict-free healthcare assessments.

Instruments utilized during implementation include Preadmission Screening and Resident Reviews (PASRR), the Supports Intensity Scale (SIS®), and a variety of other long-term service and support (LTSS) and universal assessment instruments (UAI). 

She is a member of the American Association of Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (AAIDD) and the National Association of PASRR Professionals (NAPP). Jen has a master’s degree in social work from Marywood University and a bachelor’s degree in psychology from Millersville University.
