Jennifer Sieminski

Clinical Implementation Manager, Clinical Services, U.S. Services

Jennifer Sieminski brings more than 20 years of experience in the intellectual disabilities/developmental disabilities, mental health, and aging fields to her current role as a clinical implementation manager. In her tenure with Maximus, she has held various positions and implemented a variety of statewide contracts for the administration of conflict-free, standardized healthcare assessments (i.e., PASRR, UAI, LTSS, SIS, LOC, etc.) on behalf of government agencies and program beneficiaries.

Jennifer supports proposal writing processes, provides contract consultation, and coordinates clinical alignment with customers during implementation and beyond. Her development of clinical work plans involves collaborative planning and discussions which support the identification and documentation of criteria, heuristics, and decision-making logic. These activities help governments best serve their constituents, resulting in consistent and defensible assessments that inform training and quality processes.

Jennifer is a member of the American Association of Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (AAIDD) and the National Association of PASRR Professionals (NAPP). She holds a Master’s degree in Social Work from Marywood University as well as a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology and a minor in Women’s Studies from Millersville University.
