We’re proud to share that we’ve been recognized with a 2024 ClearMark Spanish Plain Language Award for our work on the Michigan Department of Health and Human Services (MDHHS) Medicaid Renewal Brochure. This award from the Center for Plain Language honors our exemplary work in multilingual outreach and use of plain language principles in Spanish written communications. By leveraging our customer engagement expertise, we’ve made Medicaid recertification information easy-to-understand and accessible for Michigan’s Spanish-speaking communities.
The Michigan Department of Health and Human Services partnered with us to create communications that inform Spanish-speaking Michigan Medicaid beneficiaries of the recertification process and actions needed to keep their coverage. In addition to the award-winning brochure, the Spanish version of the MDHHS Medicaid Renewal Announcement Letter, which instructs Michiganders to update their contact information and how to respond to their renewal packet, was also named a ClearMark finalist.
