Continued delivery of efficient access to healthcare coverage in Vermont

Marketplace and Medicaid members receive an enhanced customer experience under our renewed contract.

The Department of Vermont Health Access has selected us to continue providing eligibility and enrollment assistance to more than 200,000 residents seeking health coverage through the state-based marketplace, Vermont Health Connect, or the state’s Medicaid program, Green Mountain Care.

For nearly three decades, we’ve provided customer support for Vermont’s health insurance programs through a centralized contact center. Today, we provide application, eligibility, and enrollment support for people seeking coverage through Vermont Health Connect, Green Mountain Care, and other health insurance programs, and for people seeking assistance with pharmacy benefits. Our experience and adaptability have allowed the state to advance programs efficiently amid shifting policy and programmatic changes.
