We are proud to announce the appointment of Mike Keefe as Chief Growth Officer for its Federal business. In this new role, Keefe will lead growth strategy, business development, and capture operations across the company’s Civilian, Health, and Defense and National Security markets. He reports directly to Bruce Caswell, President and Chief Executive Officer.

Keefe brings more than two decades of proven success driving operational and financial growth for leading federal contractors. His career includes leadership roles at Accenture Federal Services, Cognosante, and Booz Allen Hamilton, where he guided teams responsible for securing and delivering large-scale, mission-critical programs for federal agencies. Unique to executives who usually enter the Chief Growth Officer role solely through sales, Keefe’s background spans a wide range of positions from analytics to program leadership, providing him with a comprehensive understanding of growth strategy and operational execution.

Keefe’s appointment follows a period of momentum for Maximus in the federal market, highlighted by the company’s recent contract award, valued at $77 million, to deliver advanced cybersecurity services for the Air Force. Maximus announced a second contract with the Air Force earlier this month, with a potential value of $86 million, underscoring the company’s growing position as a trusted leader in cyber and technology-enabled government modernization.
