Ohio recently launched a two-year initiative to strengthen its Unemployment Insurance (UI) program by upgrading the current legacy system to support end users, including state employees and UI claimants. The state’s modernization effort will deliver an enhanced customer experience and streamlined access for state employees, reduce the need for manual data input, and provide greater operational transparency.
We were selected by the Ohio Department of Job and Family Services (ODJFS) to support this initiative by providing Independent Verification and Validation (IV&V) services for the UI system modernization.
