Robert Knapp joined Maximus to expand the Maximus digital government presence into the state market and capitalize on the company's proven ability to deliver technology and solutions responsible for tackling government's most sophisticated and complex government programs.

Robert brings more than 20 years of experience in digital transformation and program modernization for federal, state, and local governments. Prior to joining Maximus, Robert served as Chief Operating Officer at a software development and services company providing digital solutions for government agency partners. He has led the nationwide strategy for numerous operations teams, including product and technology teams, to usher technology-enabled businesses into new phases of operational alignment.

Robert is dedicated to helping citizens engage with their government in an easier, more convenient way. He holds an MBA and bachelor’s in marketing from the University of Tulsa.
