Craig's technology expertise includes Software Development, Java and .Net Management, SaaS, eCommerce, Social Media Marketing, Cloud Computing, SAFe, and Business Reengineering. He has managed integrated and customized software development and day-to-day business operations, as well as cloud computing, cybersecurity, and digital strategies, employing Agile methodologies. Craig brings a focus on customer success and delivering innovative communications and technology solutions to bring together just the right elements for clients, improving the customer experience for all users. As a business leader, he has worked closely with clients to define and implement projects across diverse industry segments, improving contract management and client relations to benefit project delivery and operations.

As Account Manager for the SD Web Development and CMS project, Craig will leverage his expertise to guide the success of the DHS.sd.gov website and content development. He will partner with DHS to understand not just the scope DHS is asking us to deliver, but also how that aligns with your strategic objectives, to lead the successful delivery of our solution.
