Senior Business Consultant, Program Modernization Consulting

As a senior business consultant in the Program Modernization Consulting division, Daniel Bauer oversees the annual child support data compilation project while also providing analytical and budgetary skill to various projects around the country. In this role, Mr. Bauer works alongside other internal subject matter experts and external stakeholders to gather, compile, redistribute, and analyze data that support state governments’ needs to assess their performance and estimate future-year budgets.

Mr. Bauer has more than 22 years of child support administrative experience with state and local governments to implement systemic, program, and policy reforms. He has extensive experience in implementing and evaluating human services initiatives, including identifying best-practice approaches to service delivery and creating plans for implementation. As a former state employee with both judicial and executive branch experience, he understands the complexities of managing federal funds and the flexibility in government funding to implement program innovations and serve the needs of families in new and effective ways.
