Lisa Veith

Lisa Price Veith leads New Market Growth and Strategy for Maximus Federal. As senior vice president, her responsibilities include all aspects of new market identification, strategies, and portfolios. She also impacts the overall Federal market brand with an integrated approach toward strategic consultants, partners, industry organizations, and government relations. Previously, Lisa served as vice president and senior vice president of business development for Maximus Federal.
For more than 25 years, Lisa has led new market expansion, business growth and development, sales strategy, and marketing expertise for organizations in the federal and public sector market space. She has built high-impact teams to develop new market expansion, create brand awareness and market influence, support new contract wins, expand portfolios, and increase revenue. With past leadership roles at Sapient, Perot Systems, and Wang, Lisa has an extensive federal industry network that includes government, industry, partner, consultant, and teaming alliances.
Lisa started her career in Washington, D.C. working on Capitol Hill for her Florida congressman. Her past responsibilities helped connect and support Florida constituents around their issues and benefits in health, human services, veteran affairs, and social security. She has dedicated much of her career to supporting the government in delivering better outcomes and services for our nation’s citizens.
Lisa has been an active participant and market planner for leading industry activities around customer service, citizen experience, and cross-agency initiatives around citizen services. She is involved in industry organizations such as Professional Services Counsel (PSC), American Council for Technology-Industry Advisory Council (ACT-IAC), the Coalition for Government Procurement (CGP), and the Partnership for Public Service. Lisa previously served on the board for the Armed Forces Communications and Electronics Association (AFCEA) in Bethesda, Maryland, where she led the innovation and technology track.
Lisa has earned numerous awards and certifications, including Chief Market Growth Officer Executive Certification, Executive Education Certification 2020, 2021 ICON Top 50 Marketer for Growth Award, ICON 2020 Top 100 Marketer Award, 2018 Service to the Citizen Award Champions of Change Award for Industry Executive of the Year. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Communications and Criminal Justice from the University of Florida.

What do you love most about your work?
I love the Maximus Mission, "Moving People Forward," and seeing the impact we make on both the government missions and the citizens that we serve. Also, I love the great teams and colleagues I work with every day across Maximus.
What inspired you to dedicate your life to improving public services?
I am the daughter of a veteran and the sister of a disabled veteran. My mother and father-in-law were both lifelong civilian agency executives, and my husband is a retired first responder. We are a service family, and they are my inspiration to continue delivering better services, experiences, and outcomes to citizens.
