Keely Wilson

Senior Vice President, Solution Strategy and Development

Keely Wilson is the Senior Vice President of Solution Strategy and Development for Maximus. She is responsible for aligning the company’s technology solution strategy, which delivers services such as Medicare and Medicaid case management and human services benefits. She owns all aspects of application development and is leading the solution delivery transformation to adopt advanced software delivery practices. Keely brings more than 20 years of experience in information technology, leadership, and leading large transformation efforts to the company.

Before joining Maximus, Keely served as the Program Support Branch Chief (GS-15) at the Department of Defense’s Defense Health Agency (DHA). The DHA runs one of America’s largest and most complex healthcare institutions. The military healthcare delivery operation serves more than 9.5 million active-duty personnel, military retirees, and their families. As Branch Chief, she oversaw a diverse staff of approximately 300 civilian, military, and contract employees who supported all aspects of an almost billion-dollar healthcare application portfolio.

In addition to her ten years of federal government service, Keely served in various leadership and consultant roles at General Dynamics, Deloitte, and Accenture. She holds several professional certifications, including PMP, Federal CIO certification, and training in ITIL and Agile. While she has received numerous notable awards, her most significant accomplishment is seeing her mentees across the industry realize their personal and professional career goals.

Keely earned a Bachelor of Science from Hampton University, a Master of Information Systems from George Washington University, and a master’s certificate in project management from Duke University. She resides in Upper Marlboro, Maryland, with her husband, Daniel, and son, Rutherford.
